I'm considering upgrading to a KX II 432. I have roughly 26 servers in my racks and the 464 seems overkill. If I did upgrade my server plant to over 32 servers what would be my upgrade path? Could I "stack" another KX switch or even a KSX model to my existing 32 port KVM and manage it under one IP address and one local console? Is that what Raritan calls "Tiering"? Yes, when Raritan refers to "tiering", they are talking about connecting KVM units together. Often times called cascading or daisy-chaining, this allows access for up to 1024 servers from a single access point. is D2CIM-DVUSB-HDMI compatible with DKX2-432 Thank you for your inquiry, Yes sir, the DKX2-432 would indeed work with the D2CIM-DVUSB-HDMI HDMI CIM. That being said, please note, the DKX2-432 is discontinued and has been replaced by the DKX3-432. |
