The supervisor password is enabled by default, the default password is "00000000" eight zeros (Do not use "0" on number pad). The default supervisor user name is also eight zeros.

The user level default user name and password are a single space. Again, from the manual:
In USER level, press Space bar + Enter in user name & password field.
