What's the baud rate for the serial console?

Thank you for your inquiry. According to ATEN technical support the RS-232 Port is only for PON support to control the PN0108. ATEN also could not specify or locate a baud rate measurement for that port. Is there a way to set up the kvm without using the cd case serial number?

There is not, however we can get you a new serial number for your unit. Please email support@aten.com, and tell them "I need a new product serial number for the Atem CN-6000 unit".
