Simple skin. Item came defective with scratches. You know what? I\'m so very glad that it did Let\'s face it- no company can produce perfect products every time. Glitches happen. That\'s why customer service is so very important It\'s what seperates good companies from great ones. Skinomi is a great company Vanessa,with whom I spoke was very appealing to deal with. Her voice, demeanor, positive attitude and assurance all made a difference. That may sound funny, but you know that matters when defusing a potentially volitale situation with an upset customer To improve matters she said,  No problem. We\'ll send a replacement right away, no charge and no need to return the old one. Huh? No shipping or handling fee? O.K. Wow Then, after I hung up, I was so impressed that I decided to spend my money on an upgrade to the full skin so I called back, had another wonderfully professional experience with Vanessa, and then, to totally blow me away, because I was upgrading they gave me a deal I couldn\'t believe You wouldn\'t believe me if I told you so you\'ll just have to find out for yourself You won\'t be dissapointed. I wish I could get paid for this review, but having found this company, I feel I just did     BTW-Forget blaming Wall St. We need to get busy starting small businesses like Skinomi based in California.
